What else can a screen do besides show specs?
Specs→Companionship
I owned product definition, the interactive demo, hardware/software issue tracking, and final delivery; parts of the interaction shipped in the production product.
I keep asking one more question: do the familiar ways of doing things actually solve the problem? I look for clues in the field, form a judgment, then make an answer that can be used and tested.
Three shifts in judgment, found in a keyboard, a backpack, and a bar. Start with the essential fact; the full process follows.

Claims→Real evidence
About 30 days of continuous use and a three-month project turned real journeys—not uniform claims—into the buying guide.
Customer→Relationship
Built from daily bar operations since March 2026, it is now an early demo of people and beer collections.
Product manager · Definition, prototype validation, delivery
Most keyboard screens only show battery, connection, and performance data. But people spend hours with a keyboard every day; the screen could respond to their working rhythm, not merely report status.
Across the two-month cycle, I defined the product, built the interactive demo, surfaced hardware and software issues, drove their resolution, and owned final delivery.
The demo first made the “work companion pet” tangible. The engineering team then carried parts of its states and actions into production.
A screen should not merely display parameters; it should respond to the person using it.
Product manager · Program design, delivery, data, presentation
Specs describe capacity and materials, but not whether a bag stays comfortable all day, fits different bodies, or works in another climate.
From the commercial brief onward, I owned the campaign plan, participant selection, test design, project page, content, execution, data collection, and final delivery.
Thirty-one target users carried it for about 30 days across different cities and climates. The three-month project produced a public buying guide.
The data comes from 31 valid responses across 12 occupations and 50 cities.

Partner · Store, social media, community, digital products
Heim is full of people worth knowing—music collectors, game developers, investors—but those stories usually emerge only after several conversations.
Since March 2026 I have run the bar with friends, across operations, social media, community, and digital products. HeimDex grew from everyday visits, returns, and conversations.
I turned people and beers into collections unlocked through real encounters. What you see is an early product direction, not a mature result.
The three projects look completely different, but they move in the same way: understand the problem, decide what to make, then return the result to real use and see whether it holds up.
Record the people, context, and constraints as they are before reaching for a familiar explanation.
Separate passing complaints from lasting gaps, then decide what is truly worth pursuing.
Build an experienceable prototype, piece of content, or event quickly, so the idea can leave the document.
Return it to real use and record what holds up and what needs to be rebuilt.
Guangzhou, July 2026.
After three projects, back to the present.
I currently work along three parallel tracks: leading co-creation projects at SSPAI, consulting independently, and running Heim with friends. Together they span digital products and content, as well as a physical space that must work every day.
One main role, an open consulting practice, and a bar that meets customers every day.
Project manager / Product manager
I joined as an external collaborator in December 2025 and became a full-time team member in May 2026. I now lead product definition, project delivery, partnerships, and cross-team coordination.
Product, content & commercialization consultant
Independent support for product and brand teams, from framing the problem and validating prototypes to content strategy and commercialization.
Partner
I run an independent craft beer bar in Guangzhou with friends. I work across store operations, social media, community, and digital products — repeatedly testing digital tools in a physical place.
Beyond these projects, I build independent tools, make F1 content, write, and take photographs.
I kept higher-quality video files locally, but had to return to streaming sites for danmaku comments. I built a small tool that brings those comments into the local player, so users no longer have to choose between the two experiences.
When I started watching F1, it took a year or two to connect its rules, teams, engineering, and history. I later broke that knowledge into one-minute introductions for new fans and organized watch parties where people interested in the same sport could actually meet.
Beyond making products, I use writing to keep asking whether a problem can be explained clearly and whether a complex experience can have a more approachable entry point.
Some things do not need to become a product or an article yet. Photography lets me preserve people, spaces, and accidental moments first.
Before co-creation and independent projects, I worked across monetization growth, financial risk, and social products. These are the responsibilities and outcomes I can share publicly.
Head of Monetization
Led monetization for Changya and an AI music model. Changya’s monthly revenue grew from RMB 600K to 1M and then 2.2M; the overseas product portfolio exceeded USD 300K in monthly revenue.
Product Manager, Payments / Risk / Strategy
Led payment flows, risk control, and strategy products, reducing annual fund losses from the million-RMB range to the thousand-RMB range.
Product Manager
Led Timing’s social product direction, moving it from a study tool toward a social product; adoption of social features among core users reached 28%.
